Our programmes
SH Personal Training has compiled programmes and fitness assesments. We have already trained clients from extremely fit (athletes, service people) to cardiac rehabilitation patients. We offer a free confidential personal consultation.

The initial free consultation provides the opportunity to meet your personal trainer and discuss any issues or questions you have about your health and fitness. You will be asked to fill out a confidential physical activity readiness questionnaire which can be discussed in detail. Your goals and targets will also be discussed from the information gained and a specific personalised programme compiled. Fitness assesments and body composition will generally be taken on your first session.
